Madav Took Juniors on Empowerment Boot Camp




An international based non-governmental organization MADAV, whose keen interest is on the movement against drug abuse and violence, brought together teenagers from Nigeria and the United Kingdom for a 3day Boot camp of sustainable development to ensure they are kept busy and not interested in drug abuse and violence from 23rd to 25th of July, 2019.




The organization managed and owned by Titi Aboyade Cole (TAC) has recently been engaging youths and adults both in the UK and Nigeria, preaching against drug abuse and violence nationwide.

MADAV organization, who do not only teach and abandon the youths also involved in empowerment and workshop in other to engage individuals thereby providing self-employment.

According to the delegates, there have been greater influence through these life-changing opportunities only if the government can key into what the organization is doing.

Another delegate from Nigeria identified as Olumighty said "What a good work from coach, Madav coordinators, and participants, we are giving out solutions to our society problems, Nigeria government should see the great work MADAV is doing, seminars and talks around the country will help in solving some insecurity problems."




According to TAC, at the boot camp today, teenagers were exposed to the rudiments of performing arts, drama and dance.

TAC informed that there are plans on going to get this across Nigeria and other countries as the aim of MADAV is to curb violence and drug abuse among the youths by working on their mindset and also providing positive alternative options.
